I created this 5-6 hour course to teach grade 3-12 PE teachers how to add Tinikling to their curricula. This Philippine folk dance helps build students’ fitness skills (agility, timing, hand/eye coordination, etc.) as well as their team-building skills (cooperating, teamwork, turn-taking, and communication). Incorporating tinikling (this course) and other international activities (my 3rd online course) also helps to expand students’ world view, through their PE experience, beyond the more commonly known games, sports, and dances of the western world.

I created this 5-hour course to help PE teachers add 5 international games to their curricula (Cricket, Bocce, Aussie Rules Football, Netball, and Sepak Takraw). This is not just a fun way to widen one's PE program, but also a great way to expand students' minds and worldview through play.
In this PD course, I teach background and gameplay as well as provide direct connections to national PE standards. Most importantly, I teach my own modified "PE Friendly" version of these games which will increase student engagement and learning while decreasing instructional complexity and uptake time.

I created this 10-hour course to help PE and Health Ed teachers identify opportunities for Tech/Library Skills integration and collaboration. This course focuses on both integration (infusing cross-curricular standards into PE/Health classes) and collaboration (co-teaching cross-curricular lessons).

I created this 10-hour/1.0 CEU course to address the prospect of school re-opening during COVID-19, when PE remains vitally important but must be modified for everyone's safety. This course helps educators consider myriad safety issues and prepare their instructional spaces; create and modify lessons; and communicate effectively with students, administration and parents.
